Hawaiian Bone Washing is an ancient form of therapeutic massage used to aid in the process of clearing ancestral, sub-conscious and trauma memories and corresponding physical and/or emotional pain.. This treatment involves working, with a light touch, into the periosteum (the sheath or fascia surrounding the bones) to release memories that may be causing pain (physically, mentally or emotionally) or preventing one from moving on in life.

The touch for Hawaiian bone washing can be quite light, so definitely not as extreme as it sounds! However the quality of the pressure or depth depends entirely on the needs of the client. Deep bone washing is also an option but for some maybe something to lead up to.

The client can be fully dressed (comfy clothing) for this treatment. We will work with an intention of your choice, perhaps to let go of something in particular for example, to begin with before the treatment commences.

Deep Bone Massage, uses minimal oil. The deep bone washing technique is a strong & ancient technique. We massage into the skeleton, allowing release of the fibres & tissues that connect directly to the bones. Breath work is needed but afterwards you will feel like a completely different person. An ideal opportunity to release deep seated nureo-muscular tensions, express hurts and angers, release long held sadnesses. Receiving this massage for the first time can be life changing as with all the Hawaiian Massage techniques. We can also mix this massage with some beautiful Ka Huna flow.
